Alterations

Any necklace alteration costs will be the responsibility of the buyer/owner of the jewelry piece. Alterations can only be done within 1 month of purchase.

Necklace length alterations: There will be a cost to add stones and restringing.

Restringing is at least $30 depending on the piece of jewelry. For shortened necklaces, the remaining stones will be returned to the buyer/owner of the jewelry piece.

All shipment is the responsibility of the buyer.

We offer NO refunds, ONLY exchanges.

While we strive for total customer satisfaction, we can only accommodate returns for defective items or items damaged in shipment. Exchanges are allowed within 14 days of receipt of purchase. Besides insurance, we mail the jewelry to you with a Delivery Confirmation. If there is a back order for a particular item or an item has been discontinued, we will get in touch with you by email or phone.

In general, please, allow up to two weeks for delivery. This also applies to exchanges. All shipping for exchanges and repairs is responsibility of buyer/owner of the jewelry.
