We offer NO refunds, ONLY exchanges.

While we strive for total customer satisfaction, we can only accommodate returns for defective items or items damaged in shipment.

Exchanges are allowed within 14 days of receipt of purchase. Besides insurance, we mail the jewelry to you with a Delivery Confirmation. If there is a back order for a particular item or an item has been discontinued, we will get in touch with you by email or phone.

In general, please, allow up to two weeks for delivery. This also applies to exchanges. All shipping for exchanges and repairs is responsibility of buyer/owner of the jewelry.
